Benamar Benatta came to a foreign country. He was jailed as a terror suspect. Probably it was just his home country which made him a suspect. After two months he was found innocent. Only after six month he was allowed to call a lawyer. After more than two years he is still in jail, even though now also a judge asked to release him. During this time there was torture, even on official video! Where did this all happen? Third world terrorist regime? Well, ask Mr. Ashcroft how he calls this.
