It is not new that "free press" is unknown to the USA, also that war crimes are a method, so the new report by the Guardian comes with no surprise. Members of Reuters were taken hostage and "were brutalised, terrified and humiliated for three days." They were clearly recognizable as press members, but in any case this treatment is not acceptable for any human being.
