The Federal Criminal Court in Germany ruled today that the case involving suspected terrorist Mounir el Motassadeq must be sent back to a lower court, because he was denied a fair trial. This was because a key witness was withheld by the USA, their government obviously does everything to prevent finding of the truth. The judges clearly explained that in a constitutional state a criminal case must not "end in a wild and unrestrained war".
