Yesterday the EU parliament legalized raiding homes, collecting protection money and threatening people in every other way by the Mafia AKA music and movie cartel. Recently, they already explained that they consider rape a just punishment.
Human Rights Watch has another report on the Bush regime and its behavior in Afghanistan:
U.S. forces operating in Afghanistan have arbitrarily detained civilians, used excessive force during arrests of non-combatants, and mistreated detainees, Human Rights Watch said in a new report released today.
[…] "Civilians are being held in a legal black hole — with no tribunals, no legal counsel, no family visits and no basic legal protections."
[…] "There is compelling evidence suggesting that U personnel have committed acts against detainees amounting to torture or cruel, inhumane, or degrading treatment," said Adams.
The report also describes frequent arbitrary arrests of civilians, apparently based on mistaken or faulty intelligence, and numerous cases of civilians—grocers, farmers, or laborers—who were held incommunicado and indefinitely.

The Federal Criminal Court in Germany ruled today that the case involving suspected terrorist Mounir el Motassadeq must be sent back to a lower court, because he was denied a fair trial. This was because a key witness was withheld by the USA, their government obviously does everything to prevent finding of the truth. The judges clearly explained that in a constitutional state a criminal case must not "end in a wild and unrestrained war".
